Coach Robb is well known for his methodical approach to teaching swimming focusing on body biomechanics and what he refers to as the dominos to swimming efficiency. His in-depth instruction on these basic fundamentals has helped clients overcome such frustrations as how to keep your legs from sinking, how to keep from running out of breath, and how to sight in open water to ensure you are not swimming off course.
